How It Works
Set up takes about two minutes, and you only do it once.
Step 1: Add Your Business Number
Tap Add Account, name it — Sales, Support, the brand — pick a colour, then scan the QR code with the phone holding that number.
Step 2: Add the Rest
Repeat for every number you work from, up to 8. Each keeps its own session, so none of them logs the others out.
Step 3: Switch With One Tap
Every account sits in a switcher across the top of the screen, colour-coded so you always know which one you are replying from.
Step 4: Make It Yours
Set follow-up reminders on live deals, save your most-used replies as templates, and drag the toolbar into the order your day actually runs.

What is WA Web Multi Account Messenger?
It runs up to 8 WhatsApp Web sessions side by side in one iPhone or iPad app, so a sales line, a support line, a second brand and your personal number all stay separate and all stay signed in. Switching between them takes one tap — no logging out, no re-scanning a QR code every time.
How do I link a second account?
Tap Add Account, name it and give it a colour, then scan the QR code with the phone that holds that WhatsApp number — exactly as you would for WhatsApp Web in a browser. Repeat for each number you work from, up to 8.
Will my sessions keep dropping?
No. Sessions are kept alive and restored automatically, so they stay signed in for weeks rather than hours. If one does drop, the app detects it and attempts to reconnect on its own before asking you to re-scan.
Can I message someone without saving their number?
Yes. Enter any number and start a conversation without adding it to your contacts — useful for one-off customers, deliveries and enquiries you do not want cluttering your address book.
What does the screenshot tool do?
It captures just the chat you are looking at, without any of the app's own toolbars in the frame. You can then crop it, draw on it, add labels, and black out phone numbers or names before sharing. The blacked-out areas are permanently removed from the saved image, not merely covered.
Are my messages private?
Your chats stay on your device. There is no account to create with us and no server of ours in between — we never read, store or transmit your messages. The app shows no ads and uses no third-party tracking.
Is there a free version?
Yes. The free plan includes 2 accounts, 3 follow-up reminders, 3 custom templates, 3 direct messages a day, 10 status saves and 5 screenshots a day. Premium opens up to 8 accounts, removes every other limit, and adds app lock and all themes.
What languages does the app support?
Fourteen: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Portuguese, Turkish, Arabic, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese and Simplified Chinese.
Is this an official WhatsApp app?
No. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms. It loads WhatsApp Web in the same way a browser does, and WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC.
Is it available on Android?
Not currently — the app is available for iPhone and iPad on the Apple App Store only.
